On 01 September it is so far: So for me the beginning of service in Hungary. For the Magyar Maltai Szeretetszolgalat (which is the Hungarian Maltese Charity Service) I work for my high school for a year with young people.
Nice that you accompanied me on my blog on my voluntary social year abroad. Here I am on the preparation and course of my work reported in Hungary. Up there in September but then really starts, I still prepare a lot: isMost important is of course the language. Hungarian is a very beautiful language, which makes at first glance a complicated idea and did not live relative of English, French or German, so I can speak more or less ... With a language course with book and audio CD I am trying to tame this monster voice. Let's see if it works.
addition to the Hungarian language there's a countless number of other things that get to the dance for the prom up to collect donations and finding and retaining solid sponsors, my ministry with a monthly contribution to support. Despite government subsidies gapes in the budget of my voluntary service - at least in theory - still a sizeable hole. Fortunately, there are many donors and also my host organization, the Christian Initiative for Europe eV, help me to plug this hole. More details on the financial write later times ...
